Exploring international student expectations of study in the US

Here are the highlights:
A new survey of international students finds that they were motivated to study in the US by a belief in the high quality of education there, a belief that an American degree would boost their employment prospects, a desire to strengthen English skills, and an interest in staying on in the US after graduation
A majority of survey respondents also indicated that the availability of their desired programme of study was the major factor in their choice of US institution
