ICEF Monitor: Australia tracking to double-digit enrolment increase for 2017

Here are the highlights:

  • International enrolment in Australia has increased by 14% year-to-date April and now sits at just under 500,000 students
  • Australia’s top five sending markets, China, India, Malaysia, Nepal, and Vietnam, account for more than half of all enrolment and roughly two-thirds of YTD growth this year
  • Outside of the top five, emerging markets in Latin America and Africa are helping to drive growth this year
