ICEF Monitor – Study calls for better data analytics for recruitment and retention

Here are the highlights:

  • A new study highlights the emerging role for advanced data analytics in higher education institutions
  • While such systems have not yet been widely adopted, the report predicts that they will be commonly used by HEIs within the next five years
  • A major factor influencing adoption is the need to drive better retention and recruitment results, and data systems have been shown to have a profound impact on retention in particular
